The 2009 Community Indicators Conference convened in Bellevue, Washington on September 30 - October 2, 2009. The NewCities Institute was invited to present a session about its work with Morehead State University's Institute for Regional Analysis and Public Policy. A NewCities Community Scorecard was created in conjunction with NCI's partnership with Morehead and Rowan County throughout the NewCity Morehead initiative.
